Our mobile GP service operates under a mixed billing model, enabling us to deliver high-quality medical care directly to patients in the comfort of your own homes. Most home visits incur a private fee, with a Medicare rebate available to reduce the overall cost. Telehealth services for patients who have received home visit in the last 12 months are bulk billed.
Due to the nature of mobile healthcare, a gap fee applies to cover the additional expenses associated with travel, time, and the provision of care outside a traditional clinic setting. This ensures we can maintain a reliable, responsive service and continue bringing comprehensive medical care to those who may have difficulty attending a practice in person.
